Hey New Friend, I'm Shannon Carver and I'd like to welcome you to the Whole Self Life! 

 

I'm a Nutrition Menopause Mentor. I have the utmost passion for encouraging women living with menopausal symptoms. It can be a daily struggle. It can be confusing with all the information that is available, but I have simplified it. No fluff information, just realistic.

 

You don’t have to live this way...fatigued, bloated, emotional, hot flashes, clothes not fitting, night sweats, and the list goes on! 

I understand all the symptoms! I am in the trenches right here with you, but the best part is I have conquered most of them all through eating an anti-inflammatory diet!

 

I've been living this new way of life for the last several years after having a complete hysterectomy at 41 and waking up to a new way of living. It hasn’t been the easiest to navigate. What I have discovered in my nutrition knowledge is having a healthy gut, balanced hormones, nurturing your body with whole foods, fighting inflammation and the correct supplements is the answer!! 

 

Feeling bloated, so tired you want to sleep standing up, hot flashes coming out of nowhere and feel like the desert downstairs… yep friend.. I feel you!!
